US Spec 6 wire indicator switch made by Wolfsburg West to fit 56-59 Beetle. 

For some reason, Wolfsburg West supply the splitscreen switch, and include the Beetle housing in the box. So this requires unscrewing, and your original Beetle housing screwing onto the body. Also requires painting.
